Joseph, 267 yards against Culver-Stockton, 275 yards against Kentucky Wesleyan and 236 yards against Butler for a total of 1,043 yards in just four weeks. 2002 - LeVar Ammons has four consecutive games of more than 200 yards rushing. Novem– QU 43, Kentucky Wesleyan 40 - LeVar Ammons rushes for a school record 275 yards and three TDs, but the Hawks need two fourth-quarter touchdown passes from Shane DeSherlia to win 43-40. 1994 – The Hawks claim back-to-back Illini Badger Conference Champions with 17-1 record in that two season time span. Both teams scored on their first possession in overtime, and the Hawks scored on Rob Munson's 1-yard plunge in the second overtime. Eureka missed a game-winning 35-yard field goal at the end of regulation.

Octo– QU 34, Eureka 33 (in overtime) - Mark Wise bats away a 2-point conversion pass on the final play of the game as QU repeats as the Illini-Badger Conference champions. 1993 – The Hawks finished the only undefeated season in QU's renewed history (9-0) and were crowned Illini Badger Conference Champions. Novem– QU 21, C-SC 20 - Culver-Stockton rallies to make the score 21-20 on a touchdown pass with 1:20 remaining in the game, but a 2-point conversion pass fails and QU wins the Ol' Mississippi Bucket and preserves its undefeated season. The 1986 team comes back to QU Stadium for the 30th anniversary of the reinstatement of football at Quincy University. The Quincy University football team will celebrate homecoming with special guests from the 1986 QU football team.
